In the 17th match minute, Kataluncite was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Nedyalko Shtilyanov to maneuver through the defense. Nano Vútev might have been able to make a better finish in the 21st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Slavey Kúrkov. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Nano Vútev ran back to his position shaking his head. Hristiyan Milakiev took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Kuncho Chaev, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Hristiyan Milakiev showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Kuncho Chaev, who was totally free with the ball in the 30th minute. With a little luck, CSKA Rovina's Slavey Kúrkov got control of the ball when Edvin Lundin tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 33rd minute Christodoulos Koutsodimos shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Slavey Kúrkov saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Slavey Kúrkov showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Christodoulos Koutsodimos in the 46th minute of the match. Edvin Lundin hit a great freekick 47 minutes into the match. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

CSKA Rovina's Slavey Kúrkov played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Nano Vútev in the 52nd minute of play. Alexey Borimechkov hit a great freekick 53 minutes into the match. In the 54th minute, Nedyalko Shtilyanov hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. With a little luck, Kataluncite's Hristiyan Milakiev got control of the ball when Anton Mihov tried to sneak it across the goal line. Slavey Kúrkov showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Edvin Lundin, who was totally free with the ball in the 91st minute. 94 minutes into the match, CSKA Rovina's goal looked a bit too open when Edvin Lundin came free, but Slavey Kúrkov reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Kataluncite were unable to convert their possession into goals, allowing CSKA Rovina to leave the ground with a draw.
