Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) FC Batanovtzi's Slavyan Yotzev started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. The crowd rose to their feet as FC Batanovtzi's Alek Pramatarov slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Izydor Anszczak. That made the score 1-0 after 5 minutes of play. Volodya Bochev made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Nedko Vatov in the 8th minute of play. Denimir Hadzhiminev charged in rather forcefully in the 10th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Denimir Hadzhiminev the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. FC Gurbanovtsi's Arhangel Senyov was substituted for Timur Achuev. In the 11th minute, Denimir Hadzhiminev hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 12th minute, Trifon Stolarov got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Volodya Bochev made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ognyan Kurudzhiev in the 15th minute of play. After 15 minutes, Ognyan Kurudzhiev made it 1-1 with a short kick to the right side. FC Batanovtzi's Volodya Bochev tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 19th minute of the match, Stoyadin Godinov got a very nice opportunity to score, but Izydor Anszczak was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Ognyan Kurudzhiev fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 21st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Volodya Bochev having to interfere. In the 35th minute, Ognyan Kurudzhiev left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The FC Gurbanovtsi fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-3. Volodya Bochev came out of the goal in the 38th minute to try and stop a shot by FC Gurbanovtsi's Ognyan Kurudzhiev. But to his dismay, Ognyan Kurudzhiev quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-4. Ognyan Kurudzhiev struck a weak shot in the 40th minute. Volodya Bochev didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for FC Gurbanovtsi. 42 minutes into the match, Trifon Stolarov had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Volodya Bochev. FC Batanovtzi's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Trifon Stolarov was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-5. In the 46th minute, Slavyan Yotzev reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Izydor Anszczak. The goal made the score 2-5. The FC Batanovtzi players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. FC Gurbanovtsi were winning 2-5.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Ognyan Kurudzhiev to strike the kick off in the second half. FC Batanovtzi's Volodya Bochev played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Trifon Stolarov in the 51st minute of play. The crowd rose to their feet as Ognyan Kurudzhiev kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Volodya Bochev. That made the score 2-6 in the 52 minute of play. In the 56th match minute, FC Batanovtzi was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Vencho Doganov to maneuver through the defense. Ognyan Kurudzhiev succeeded in the game's 57th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 2-7. The supporters of FC Batanovtzi booed when FC Gurbanovtsi was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 60 match minutes in a wonderful position. Lyuben Mitrakiev didn't get a good kick on the ball. Nedko Vatov kicked well hit freekick during the 63rd minute of the match. In the 65th minute, FC Gurbanovtsi's Nedko Vatov dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 2-8. With splendid footwork Trifon Stolarov arrived in front of goal to shoot 2-9 by the left pole in the game's 68th minute. Izydor Anszczak showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alek Pramatarov in the 74th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, FC Batanovtzi's Evtim Bradinski got a free kick in the 79th minute. In the 93rd minute, Ognyan Kurudzhiev left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The FC Gurbanovtsi fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-10. After 95 minutes of play, FC Gurbanovtsi's Trifon Stolarov made it 2-11 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Volodya Bochev was left in no man's land by his defense there! The FC Batanovtzi fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. FC Gurbanovtsi were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
