Zograf FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Bogomil Kandov was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Valeri Potzkov breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Ferdinand Alzen took the ball and in the 19 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Valeri Potzkov. After some careless play in the Ruzhevo defense, Ferdinand Alzen kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Valeri Potzkov. The Ruzhevo fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Valeri Potzkov should have stopped the shot. Bogomil Kandov sent away a hard shot on goal in the 28th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The audience was convinced that Ferdinand Alzen's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Valeri Potzkov was relentless in the 31st minute of the game.
