Antim Statelov kicked well hit freekick during the 2nd minute of the match. Teofan Búrzin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 6th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Hugo Lloris having to interfere. 12 minutes into the match, ПФК Берое's Yanko Gurmev sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Oscar Pombal narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 14 minutes into the game, Cayetano Galsino threw the ball into play from the sideline. ПФК Берое's Casper De Boeck quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. In the 14th minute, Velichko Trenkov ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Oscar Pombal was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. In the 18th minute Velichko Trenkov shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Oscar Pombal saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. ПФК Берое's Hugo Lloris proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 19th minute of the match, managed to save ПФК Берое from getting a goal against them. R«STAR EAGLES»K's Oscar Pombal played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Velichko Trenkov in the 22nd minute of play. Oscar Pombal took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Velichko Trenkov, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Oscar Pombal showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Velichko Trenkov in the 27th minute of the match. R«STAR EAGLES»K's Oscar Pombal played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Velichko Trenkov in the 28th minute of play. Yanko Gurmev's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Oscar Pombal read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 30th minute of play. With his leg Hugo Lloris managed to avoid a goal in the 31stth minute, when R«STAR EAGLES»K's Hristo Pisarev fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Valko Sofiyanski hit a great freekick 38 minutes into the match. Hugo Lloris showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Teofan Búrzin in the 39th minute of the match. In the 40th minute the ball was on its way in behind R«STAR EAGLES»K's goalkeeper Oscar Pombal, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 44 minutes into the game, Cayetano Galsino threw the ball into play from the sideline. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

53 minutes into the match, R«STAR EAGLES»K's goalkeeper Oscar Pombal had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Yanko Gurmev. Velichko Trenkov blasted a shot towards the goal in the 55th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Oscar Pombal having to make a save. Hugo Lloris showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Hristo Pisarev in the 61st minute of the match. The crowd rose to their feet as Velichko Trenkov kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Oscar Pombal. That made the score 1-2 in the 63 minute of play. Oscar Pombal took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Velichko Trenkov, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After having played for 72 minutes, Velichko Trenkov managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. ПФК Берое's supporters crossed their fingers, but Velichko Trenkov was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. ПФК Берое's Loukianos Konstantakis was substituted for Velichko Trenkov. Loukianos Konstantakis took the ball and in the 75 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Oscar Pombal. Oscar Pombal dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-3. In the 79th minute, Casper De Boeck fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. ПФК Берое's attentive Casper De Boeck managed to snatch the ball when Cayetano Galsino made a throw-in in the 80th minute of the game. ПФК Берое were awarded a corner in the 83th minute after R«STAR EAGLES»K's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Vancho Paleshutski took the corner. A very nice done corner allowed Loukianos Konstantakis to score against Oscar Pombal in R«STAR EAGLES»K's goal. 1-4 after 83 minutes. 86 minutes into the match, Mihail Stamboldzhiev had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Oscar Pombal. R«STAR EAGLES»K's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Mihail Stamboldzhiev was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-5. Oscar Pombal showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Loukianos Konstantakis, who was totally free with the ball in the 89th minute. The throw-in from Cayetano Galsino in the 90th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by ПФК Берое's Casper De Boeck. 92 minutes into the match, R«STAR EAGLES»K's goal looked a bit too open when Loukianos Konstantakis came free, but Oscar Pombal reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. R«STAR EAGLES»K's Oscar Pombal played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Loukianos Konstantakis in the 94th minute of play. The ПФК Берое supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing ПФК Берое would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
