Seating: 1953, VIP seats: 169) Velichko Trenkov made the kick off and thus started the match. 4 minutes into the match, Cup2's goal looked a bit too open when Casper De Boeck came free, but Eliseo Moreno reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Velichko Trenkov in the 6th minute of play forced Cup2's goalkeeper Eliseo Moreno to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Eliseo Moreno took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Velichko Trenkov, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 8 minutes into the game, Lazar Batalov was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. ПФК Берое's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Cup2 the free kick. Hugo Lloris didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Krzysztof Skoroda went, in the 12th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-0 was the resulting score. Téo Mello could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 19th minute of the match, but Hugo Lloris made a huge save. In the 32nd minute Velichko Trenkov shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Eliseo Moreno saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A hard shot 33 in the game by Téo Mello from a close distance when the talented Hugo Lloris managed to make a qualified save. ПФК Берое's players were relieved. Cup2's Eliseo Moreno played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Yanko Gurmev in the 34th minute of play. Valeri Hadzhisotirov could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 36th minute of the match, but Hugo Lloris made a huge save. Eliseo Moreno made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Velichko Trenkov in the 37th minute of play. ПФК Берое's Hugo Lloris proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 43rd minute of the match, managed to save ПФК Берое from getting a goal against them. If Yanko Gurmev had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 46th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 1-3 lead.
Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Téo Mello to make the kick off. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Valeri Hadzhisotirov in the 52nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Hugo Lloris prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Levent Gervazov recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 55th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After having played for 58 minutes, Velichko Trenkov managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. ПФК Берое's supporters crossed their fingers, but Velichko Trenkov was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. A throw-in in the 59th minute of the game was made by Tinko Betzinski with Valeri Hadzhisotirov as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. A collision led to ПФК Берое getting a freekick after 60 minutes play. Casper De Boeck hit a great ball. Eliseo Moreno showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Velichko Trenkov in the 63rd minute of the match. Hugo Lloris came out of the goal in the 72nd minute to try and stop a shot by Cup2's Téo Mello. But to his dismay, Téo Mello quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-3. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Téo Mello in the 75th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Hugo Lloris saved ПФК Берое from getting behind. Eliseo Moreno made a fantastic save in the 76th minute, when Yanko Gurmev sent off a good shot on target. After 79 minutes Cup2's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Vancho Paleshutski who took care of the corner kick. The corner led ПФК Берое's Vancho Paleshutski to fire away a dangerous shot which Eliseo Moreno despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Eliseo Moreno took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Lazar Batalov, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 84th minute ПФК Берое were awarded a corner. Vancho Paleshutski went to the cornerflag to take it. Vancho Paleshutski made a great header on ПФК Берое's corner, it was just that Cup2's Eliseo Moreno managed to reach the ball for a save. In the 87th minute, Martin Ødegaard hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 93rd minute Valeri Hadzhisotirov shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Hugo Lloris saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. ПФК Берое's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
