With a couple of smart ball manuevers Stoycho Mladenov in the 14th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Aron Cocea saved FC TORPEDO from getting behind. Aron Cocea took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Anatoly Karpov, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 20 minutes into the game, one of Джуджан:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Niki Kalkandzhiev had in the 22ndth minute some difficulties stopping Nacho Mechkarski's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. Aron Cocea took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ventzislav Mutafchiyski, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 27 minutes into the match, FC TORPEDO's goal looked a bit too open when Anatoly Karpov came free, but Aron Cocea reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Nesho Metev in the 31st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Niki Kalkandzhiev prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Джуджан's Niki Kalkandzhiev proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 34th minute of the match, managed to save Джуджан from getting a goal against them. When the match had gone on for 37 minutes, Anatoly Karpov put it in 2-2 from a short distance just to the right of Aron Cocea. Aron Cocea showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Koldo Baltanas, who was totally free with the ball in the 41st minute. Anselmo La Marca hit a great freekick 42 minutes into the match. Nacho Mechkarski struck a weak shot in the 43rd minute. Ventzislav Mutafchiyski took the ball and in the 44 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Aron Cocea. Nesho Metev could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 47th minute of the match, but Niki Kalkandzhiev made a huge save.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Nesho Metev stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Aron Cocea took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Koldo Baltanas, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Nesho Metev came up free with the goalie in the 55th minute, the FC TORPEDO fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Nesho Metev couldn't finish the play. FC TORPEDO made a substitution. Preslav Palaskov replaced Stoil Stoitzev. Джуджан's Niki Kalkandzhiev played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lilko Nikolchov in the 57th minute of play. Aron Cocea showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Anatoly Karpov in the 68th minute of the match. The supporters of Джуджан booed when FC TORPEDO was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 73 match minutes in a wonderful position. Iliyan Kalkanov didn't get a good kick on the ball. When the match had gone on for 76 minutes, Anatoly Karpov took a quick shot and it went in 2-4 without a chance for Aron Cocea to make any attempt to save it. 85 minutes into the game, Anatoly Karpov cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-5. Aron Cocea was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 89 minutes into the match, Anatoly Karpov notched a goal, 2-6, to the right of FC TORPEDO's Aron Cocea. Aron Cocea was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lilko Nikolchov in the 94th minute of play forced Джуджан's goalkeeper Niki Kalkandzhiev to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Джуджан's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
