In the 3rd minute, Bayan Pantev made a precise shot to the right of Velyo Chavalinov. AC Tangra's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-0. 6 minutes into the match, FC Pirates's Peter Flaa sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Velyo Chavalinov narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Toshko Dzhorgov's late challenge caught a AC Tangra's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Toshko Dzhorgov helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to FC Pirates getting a freekick after 8 minutes play. Toshko Dzhorgov hit a great ball. A collision led to AC Tangra getting a freekick after 12 minutes play. Tencho Desev hit a great ball. Ivan Stanciu recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 22nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Ognyan Pironkov stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Ivan Stanciu's shot from short distance in the 26th minute. Peter Flaa came free with the goalkeeper in the 27th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Velyo Chavalinov could save by the left post. Ivan Stanciu's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Ognyan Pironkov read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 31st minute of play. Peter Flaa could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 38th minute of the match, but Velyo Chavalinov made a huge save. Tencho Desev hit a great freekick 43 minutes into the match.

The wind increased when Peter Flaa made the kick off in the second half. Velyo Chavalinov made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Peter Flaa in the 51st minute of play. In the 53rd minute of the match FC Pirates got a corner. AC Tangra's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Toma Drashanski ran over to the corner to take the kick. After 53 minutes, Reinaert Van Der Veecken made it 2-0 with a short kick to the right side. AC Tangra's Velyo Chavalinov tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Velyo Chavalinov showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Peter Flaa in the 56th minute of the match. 62 minutes into the match, FC Pirates's Peter Flaa sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Velyo Chavalinov narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 63rd minute, AC Tangra's Encho Levashki dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 2-1. After 66 played minutes FC Pirates got a freekick which was hit by Peter Flaa. FC Pirates's Ognyan Pironkov played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Barnaba Limanowski in the 68th minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Peter Flaa in the 72nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Velyo Chavalinov prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 73 minutes into the match, FC Pirates's Toshko Dzhorgov sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Velyo Chavalinov narrowly saved just below the crossbar. FC Pirates made a substitution. Antoni Marichkov replaced Peter Flaa. FC Pirates's defense didn't have a chance, in the 77th minute, when Jeferson Abraão scored to the left of an out of position Ognyan Pironkov, making the score, 2-2. Jeferson Abraão received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 84th minute. Ognyan Pironkov tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ognyan Pironkov showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jeferson Abraão, who was totally free with the ball in the 95th minute. Jeers came from both ends of the stadium when the final whistle went. Neither team had looked impressive and the draw seeemd a fair result.
