Lachezar Bratinovs short, quick shot in the 11thth minute got Mouricio Reyo to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Mircho Kiskinov kicked well hit freekick during the 12th minute of the match. Walery Czeberowski took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Vanyo Bukovski, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Vladimir Vúlchov kicked well hit freekick during the 16th minute of the match. In the 17th minute Duarte das Neves shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Walery Czeberowski saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 19th match minute, FC Morski Varna was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Antonio Radkovski to maneuver through the defense. Walery Czeberowski didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Roberto Firmino went, in the 28th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-1 was the resulting score. Through an outstanding action, after 32 minutes, Mouricio Reyo successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. An unexpectedly hard shot by Roberto Firmino in the 35th minute of play forced FC Morski Varna's goalkeeper Walery Czeberowski to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When the match had gone on for 36 minutes, Diyan Lapadatov took a quick shot and it went in 3-1 without a chance for Mouricio Reyo to make any attempt to save it. In the 43rd minute, Roberto Firmino ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Walery Czeberowski was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-2. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 3-2.

The wind increased when Viktor Buyukliev made the kick off in the second half. FC Morski Varna's Walery Czeberowski proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 52nd minute of the match, managed to save FC Morski Varna from getting a goal against them. An unexpectedly hard shot by Vanyo Bukovski in the 76th minute of play forced FC Morski Varna's goalkeeper Walery Czeberowski to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Mouricio Reyo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Vencho Korsachki in the 80th minute of the match. Diyan Lapadatov's late challenge caught a Gorostanete's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Diyan Lapadatov helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Gorostanete booed when FC Morski Varna was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 83 match minutes in a wonderful position. Diyan Lapadatov didn't get a good kick on the ball. 84 minutes into the match, FC Morski Varna's goal looked a bit too open when Vanyo Bukovski came free, but Walery Czeberowski reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Walery Czeberowski made a fantastic save in the 85th minute, when Roberto Firmino sent off a good shot on target. Viktor Buyukliev hit a great freekick 88 minutes into the match. Mouricio Reyo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lachezar Bratinov in the 93rd minute of play. 93 minutes into the game, one of Gorostanete:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. FC Morski Varna were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Gorostanete for a fine match.
