FC Morski Varna's Walery Czeberowski played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Stefan Chukarov in the 44th minute of play. Yasen Tachkov could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 46th minute of the match, but Walery Czeberowski made a huge save. After a rather tough play, FC Morski Varna's Prokopi Topuzov got a free kick in the 47th minute. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Lachezar Bratinov stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 52nd minute of the game, Stefan Chukarov landed unfortunately after trying to head the ball, and pulled a muscle in the back, so badly that he had to leave the field. The supporters of DeLiRiuM F.C. booed when FC Morski Varna was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 53 match minutes in a wonderful position. Vitomir Lovdzhiev didn't get a good kick on the ball. 54 minutes into the match, Stanoy Pishimarov had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Walery Czeberowski.
