A hard, long distance shot from Daniel Rabakov flew over the goal. The supporters of FC blue lions booed when FC Aytos was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 14 match minutes in a wonderful position. Yulian Momkov didn't get a good kick on the ball. Hristofor Botzov made an important save on a dangerous shot by Jerzy Domaradzki in the 24th minute. Jerzy Domaradzki could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 32nd minute of the match, but Hristofor Botzov made a huge save. After 33 minutes FC Aytos's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Ali Cengiz Hasankeyf who took care of the corner kick. After having played for 35 minutes, Daniel Rabakov managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. FC Aytos's supporters crossed their fingers, but Daniel Rabakov was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Paulinho Negri in the 38th minute of play forced FC blue lions's goalkeeper Nikos Giotos to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Paraskevas Papadimitropoulos blasted a shot towards the goal in the 41st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Hristofor Botzov having to make a save. Hristofor Botzov came out of the goal in the 43rd minute to try and stop a shot by FC blue lions's Paraskevas Papadimitropoulos. But to his dismay, Paraskevas Papadimitropoulos quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-0 at half-time.

Jerzy Domaradzki sent away a hard shot on goal in the 51st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Paraskevas Papadimitropoulos had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 53rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Hristofor Botzov took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Paraskevas Papadimitropoulos, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 62nd minute, Daniel Rabakov got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After a rather tough play, FC blue lions's Vasko Stanilov got a free kick in the 65th minute. Paraskevas Papadimitropoulos hit a great freekick 67 minutes into the match. Nikos Giotos made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Paulinho Negri in the 68th minute of play. Paraskevas Papadimitropoulos received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 70th minute. Hristofor Botzov tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Paraskevas Papadimitropoulos's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Hristofor Botzov read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 74th minute of play. In the 75th minute of the match FC blue lions got a corner. FC Aytos's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Ali Cengiz Hasankeyf ran over to the corner to take the kick. 78 minutes into the match, FC Aytos's goal looked a bit too open when Paraskevas Papadimitropoulos came free, but Hristofor Botzov reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Vihar Kalaykov charged in rather forcefully in the 83rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Vihar Kalaykov the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 83 played minutes FC blue lions got a freekick which was hit by Vihar Kalaykov. In the 86th match minute, FC blue lions was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Vasko Stanilov to maneuver through the defense.
