The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. 2 minutes into the match, Crusaders of Dark's Dimitar Berbatov sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Vitko Hadzhiiliev narrowly saved just below the crossbar. With a little luck, SPARROWS's Vitko Hadzhiiliev got control of the ball when Dimitar Berbatov tried to sneak it across the goal line. Vitko Hadzhiiliev showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dimitar Berbatov in the 6th minute of the match. Totyo Popisakov didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Aan 周瑜 went, in the 10th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-1 was the resulting score. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Dimitar Berbatov in the 15th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Vitko Hadzhiiliev saved SPARROWS from getting behind. Vitko Hadzhiiliev made an important save on a dangerous shot by Dimitar Berbatov in the 18th minute. Crusaders of Dark's Totyo Popisakov played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Aan 周瑜 in the 19th minute of play. Totyo Popisakov showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Aan 周瑜, who was totally free with the ball in the 19th minute. Aan 周瑜 struck a weak shot in the 22nd minute. Totyo Popisakov didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for SPARROWS. 24 minutes into the game, Aan 周瑜 cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-2. Totyo Popisakov was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Crusaders of Dark's attentive Ildefonso Orlondo managed to snatch the ball when Dinko Velev made a throw-in in the 27th minute of the game. When Crusaders of Dark's Dimitar Berbatov in the 28th minute got a chance for a shot 28th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Totyo Popisakov showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lionel Haaland, who was totally free with the ball in the 42nd minute. In a very dangerous position, a player in Crusaders of Dark fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 42nd minute. Penalty! If Aan 周瑜 had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 47th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Disappointed in the 1-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Dimitar Berbatov to strike the kick off in the second half. 54 minutes into the match, Crusaders of Dark's goal looked a bit too open when Aan 周瑜 came free, but Totyo Popisakov reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dimitar Berbatov in the 57th minute of play forced SPARROWS's goalkeeper Vitko Hadzhiiliev to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Dimitar Berbatov recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 59th minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Conny Gudmundsson got free with Totyo Popisakov in the 70th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Conny Gudmundsson who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 70thth minute tested the skills of Totyo Popisakov when he managed to save the team from getting behind. 74 minutes into the match, Crusaders of Dark's goal looked a bit too open when Lionel Haaland came free, but Totyo Popisakov reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Dimitar Berbatov had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 80th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 86th minute, Aan 周瑜 ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Totyo Popisakov was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-4. Totyo Popisakov took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Aan 周瑜, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 95th minute Lionel Haaland shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Totyo Popisakov saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.
