Remigio Orlondo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Vitko Kozlov, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 4 minutes FC BerserkerS's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Jonny Kleen who took care of the corner kick. SvE United's Jonny Kleen was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Remigio Orlondo in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Spiro Mutashki could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 5th minute of the match, but Remigio Orlondo made a huge save. After 6 played minutes SvE United got a freekick which was hit by Horymír Adámek. Hristo Stoichkov's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Remigio Orlondo read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 9th minute of play. 9 minutes into the match, Hristo Stoichkov had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Remigio Orlondo. FC BerserkerS's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Hristo Stoichkov was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. Hristo Stoichkov fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 11th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Remigio Orlondo having to interfere. 14 minutes into the match, FC BerserkerS's Renaud Specht sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Tzvetoslav Desov narrowly saved just below the crossbar. When FC BerserkerS's Tibor Lázár in the 15th minute got a chance for a shot 15th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye SvE United's goalie prevented a goal. Remigio Orlondo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jonny Kleen, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 21 minutes of play, FC BerserkerS's Tibor Lázár made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Tzvetoslav Desov was left in no man's land by his defense there! Hristo Stoichkov's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 27thth minute, Remigio Orlondo skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. In the 28th minute Vitko Kozlov shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Remigio Orlondo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. SvE United's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Jonny Kleen in the 29th minute. The corner ended in Jonny Kleen almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but FC BerserkerS's Remigio Orlondo did a great save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jonny Kleen in the 32nd minute of play forced FC BerserkerS's goalkeeper Remigio Orlondo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Remigio Orlondo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jonny Kleen in the 32nd minute of play. FC BerserkerS's Remigio Orlondo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Vitko Kozlov in the 32nd minute of play. With a little luck, FC BerserkerS's Remigio Orlondo got control of the ball when Vitko Kozlov tried to sneak it across the goal line. FC BerserkerS's Tibor Lázár got a good chance for a goal in the 43rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. SvE United's Tzvetoslav Desov played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Marian Minkovski in the 45th minute of play. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

An unexpectedly hard shot by Jonny Kleen in the 51st minute of play forced FC BerserkerS's goalkeeper Remigio Orlondo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 54th minute Tibor Lázár shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tzvetoslav Desov saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Renaud Specht could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 63rd minute of the match, but Tzvetoslav Desov made a huge save. In the 66th minute, Tibor Lázár ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Tzvetoslav Desov was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-2. FC BerserkerS's Valeri Hrisimov was substituted for Borimir Iskrenov. After 71 played minutes FC BerserkerS got a freekick which was hit by Tibor Lázár. The referee felt a red card was in order, 75 minutes into the game, when Svetlozar Deyanov put in a rough tackle. After 74 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for FC BerserkerS! Remigio Orlondo had in the 76thth minute some difficulties stopping Jonny Kleen's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. In the 77th minute of the match SvE United got a corner. FC BerserkerS's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Jonny Kleen ran over to the corner to take the kick. 79 minutes had been played when some careless play by FC BerserkerS's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Jonny Kleen was slow to take the kick. During this time SvE United's players had a chance to rest. An unexpectedly hard shot by Renaud Specht in the 84th minute of play forced SvE United's goalkeeper Tzvetoslav Desov to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Remigio Orlondo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jonny Kleen, who was totally free with the ball in the 86th minute. 93 minutes into the match, SvE United's goalkeeper Tzvetoslav Desov had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Renaud Specht. The second half was just like the first, even and exciting. The match ended in a draw.
