Senaki City's Nukri Urushadze played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Vladimir Robakidze in the 5th minute of play. Tsotne Jandieri stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Mindia Gabelia's shot from short distance in the 9th minute. If Mindia Gabelia had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 14th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 16th minute, Ilford United's Vladimir Robakidze ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Nukri Urushadze. Nukri Urushadze yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mindia Gabelia in the 21st minute of play forced Ilford United's goalkeeper Tsotne Jandieri to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Nukri Urushadze was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Vladimir Robakidze showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 2-1 in the 22 minute of play. In the 30th minute, Bukhuti Torotadze got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Vano Sulakvidze received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 38th minute. Nukri Urushadze tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After having played for 42 minutes, Vano Sulakvidze managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Ilford United's supporters crossed their fingers, but Vano Sulakvidze was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. If Vladimir Robakidze had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 44th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Vano Sulakvidze fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 46th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Nukri Urushadze having to interfere.

After 56 played minutes Senaki City got a freekick which was hit by Vano Tsitsishvili. In the 57th minute, Bukhuti Aragvsky sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Senaki City's Nukri Urushadze didn't even have to move. A collision led to Senaki City getting a freekick after 61 minutes play. Gocha Machaidze hit a great ball. Vladimir Robakidze fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 64th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Nukri Urushadze having to interfere. Nukri Urushadze took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Vano Sulakvidze, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 70th minute, Otar Aragvsky hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. With his leg Tsotne Jandieri managed to avoid a goal in the 71stth minute, when Senaki City's Bukhuti Torotadze fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. The audience was convinced that Vano Sulakvidze's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Nukri Urushadze was relentless in the 83rd minute of the game. The referee felt a red card was in order, 87 minutes into the game, when Vano Tsitsishvili put in a rough tackle. After 86 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Senaki City! Senaki City:s Nukri Urushadze showed great skill when he stopped Bukhuti Aragvsky:s penalty. A collision led to Senaki City getting a freekick after 90 minutes play. Shota Bitsadze hit a great ball. Nukri Urushadze took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Vladimir Robakidze , even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 94th minute Vladimir Robakidze shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nukri Urushadze saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. For all the effort they put into the match, the Senaki City players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Ilford United.
