Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Djojiki Chebaevskiy started the match with the kick off. Arsen Machaidze blasted a shot towards the goal in the 6th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Vano Gvaramadze having to make a save. Vano Gvaramadze made a fantastic save in the 12th minute, when Arsen Machaidze sent off a good shot on target. Bidzina Pulishvili recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 14th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Djojiki Chebaevskiy sent away a hard shot on goal in the 20th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Arsen Machaidze recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 22nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Djojiki Chebaevskiy blasted a shot towards the goal in the 24th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Vano Gvaramadze having to make a save. Arsen Machaidze scored 1-0 in the 26th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Vano Gvaramadze, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Bidzina Pulishvili received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 35th minute. Vaja Topnikov tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The referee gave Spalding a penalty, 38 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Arsen Cheishvili, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of ს.კ ძმრიანი ნასკები's Vano Gvaramadze. 2-0. Arsen Machaidze scored 3-0 in the 41st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Vano Gvaramadze, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 45 minutes into the match, Spalding's Arsen Machaidze sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Vano Gvaramadze narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 3-0.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Bidzina Pulishvili stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Arsen Machaidze in the 54th minute of play forced ს.კ ძმრიანი ნასკები's goalkeeper Vano Gvaramadze to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Spalding's Arsen Machaidze got a good chance for a goal in the 63rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Bidzina Pulishvili in the 72nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Vaja Topnikov prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Vaja Topnikov came out of the goal in the 73rd minute to try and stop a shot by ს.კ ძმრიანი ნასკები's Davit Torotadze. But to his dismay, Davit Torotadze quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-2. In the 77th minute, Bidzina Pulishvili got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Djojiki Chebaevskiy sent away a hard shot on goal in the 81st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After having played for 88 minutes, Djojiki Chebaevskiy managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Spalding's supporters crossed their fingers, but Djojiki Chebaevskiy was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Djojiki Chebaevskiy struck a weak shot in the 95th minute. Vano Gvaramadze didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Spalding. Vano Gvaramadze took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Djojiki Chebaevskiy, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. For all the effort they put into the match, the ს.კ ძმრიანი ნასკები players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Spalding.
