Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) After a defensive mix-up in Braintree's zone, Kakhi Alania stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Egos Lekov came out of the goal and Kakhi Alania tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Khvicha Beroshvili received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 7th minute. Egos Lekov tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A collision led to Braintree getting a freekick after 8 minutes play. Merab Magalov hit a great ball. Jarji Shalikashvili could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 10th minute of the match, but Filipp Mingrelsky made a huge save. After having played for 12 minutes, Jarji Shalikashvili managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Braintree's supporters crossed their fingers, but Jarji Shalikashvili was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 14 minutes into the game, Nukri Robakidze was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Croyde AFC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Braintree the free kick. In the 14th minute, Nukri Robakidze hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Egos Lekov came out of the goal in the 16th minute to try and stop a shot by Croyde AFC's Kakhi Alania. But to his dismay, Kakhi Alania quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. The audience thought a goal was coming when Taka Londaridze got free with Filipp Mingrelsky in the 22nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. A collision led to Braintree getting a freekick after 25 minutes play. Gocha Kobiashvili hit a great ball. When Gogita Neparidze fell near the penalty area in the 27th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Croyde AFC's protests and gave Gogita Neparidze a yellow card for diving instead. Filipp Mingrelsky made an important save on a dangerous shot by Taka Londaridze in the 28th minute. Taka Londaridze could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 33rd minute of the match, but Filipp Mingrelsky made a huge save. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

Nukri Robakidze hit a great freekick 60 minutes into the match. When Kakhi Alania came up free with the goalie in the 69th minute, the Croyde AFC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Kakhi Alania couldn't finish the play. Croyde AFC's Nukri Robakidze suffered a concussion after 70 minutes and had to leave the field. The supporters of Croyde AFC booed when Braintree was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 71 match minutes in a wonderful position. Mikhail Khatiashvili didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 77th minute of the match Braintree got a corner. Croyde AFC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Djvebe Levidze ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner ended in Djvebe Levidze almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Croyde AFC's Filipp Mingrelsky did a great save. Taka Londaridze fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 80th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Filipp Mingrelsky having to interfere. Filipp Mingrelsky made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jarji Shalikashvili in the 82nd minute of play. In the 87th minute, Mikhail Khatiashvili hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 89 minutes into the match, Croyde AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Jarji Shalikashvili came free, but Filipp Mingrelsky reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Filipp Mingrelsky didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Taka Londaridze went, in the 90th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-1 was the resulting score. In the 94th minute, Braintree's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Kakhi Alania fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Gogita Neparidze fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 95th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Egos Lekov having to interfere. The supporters of Croyde AFC booed when Braintree was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 96 match minutes in a wonderful position. Merab Magalov didn't get a good kick on the ball. Braintree were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Croyde AFC for a fine match.
