Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Merdan Pulishvili kicked off to start the match. Khvicha Beroshvili's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Sese Goloviznin read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 6th minute of play. The crowd rose to their feet as Croyde AFC's Khvicha Beroshvili slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Sese Goloviznin. That made the score 1-0 after 9 minutes of play. After a rather tough play, Kutaisi FC's Roman Cholokaev got a free kick in the 11th minute. In the 12th minute of the match Botchia Anghelache sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Sese Goloviznin skillfully saved the ball. Khvicha Beroshvili received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Sese Goloviznin came out and tried to block the shot, but Khvicha Beroshvili slotted it home off the left post making it 2-0 in the 14th minute. 17 minutes into the match, Kutaisi FC's goalkeeper Sese Goloviznin had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Kakhi Alania. When Emiriev Andrzheevskiy fell near the penalty area in the 20th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Kutaisi FC's protests and gave Emiriev Andrzheevskiy a yellow card for diving instead. After 20 played minutes Kutaisi FC got a freekick which was hit by Emiriev Andrzheevskiy. An unexpectedly hard shot by Khvicha Beroshvili in the 27th minute of play forced Kutaisi FC's goalkeeper Sese Goloviznin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Kakhi Alania fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 29th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sese Goloviznin having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Kutaisi FC's zone, Khvicha Beroshvili stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Sese Goloviznin came out of the goal and Khvicha Beroshvili tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Khvicha Beroshvili fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 37th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sese Goloviznin having to interfere. If Kakhi Alania had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 39th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 42nd minute, Kakhi Alania ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Sese Goloviznin was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-0. If Kakhi Alania had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 45th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With a little luck, Kutaisi FC's Sese Goloviznin got control of the ball when Kakhi Alania tried to sneak it across the goal line. Af the end of the first half the score was 3-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Khvicha Beroshvili stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Khvicha Beroshvili fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 55th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sese Goloviznin having to interfere. Merdan Pulishvili recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 59th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Kakhi Alania had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 69th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. If Kakhi Alania had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 73rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 74th minute Khvicha Beroshvili shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sese Goloviznin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Croyde AFC's Filipp Mingrelsky played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Emiriev Andrzheevskiy in the 75th minute of play. If Kakhi Alania had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 79th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. After having played for 81 minutes, Khvicha Beroshvili managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Croyde AFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Khvicha Beroshvili was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Sese Goloviznin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kakhi Alania in the 84th minute of play. If Kakhi Alania had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 86th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. If Merdan Pulishvili had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 90th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 95th minute, Khvicha Beroshvili made a precise shot to the right of Sese Goloviznin. Kutaisi FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 4-0.
