Sese Goloviznin tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 47 minutes in the game, Mindia Bitsadze fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Sese Goloviznin having to interfere. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The wind increased when Merdan Pulishvili made the kick off in the second half. After a rather tough play, Kutaisi FC's Merdan Pulishvili got a free kick in the 51st minute. When the match had gone on for 53 minutes, Mindia Bitsadze put it in 3-0 from a short distance just to the right of Sese Goloviznin. An unexpectedly hard shot by Teimuraz Jandieri in the 67th minute of play forced Kutaisi FC's goalkeeper Sese Goloviznin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.
