Spectators: 7100 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 2000, VIP seats: 100) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Filipp Sulaberidze started the match with the kick off. In the 4th minute, Nikolaj Gvaramadze made a precise shot to the right of Anatoly Kikalishvili. RUSTAVI f.c.'s defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. In the 9th minute, Emiriev Burduli made a precise shot to the right of Lukhum Jandieri. FC GAGRA's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-1. Anatoly Kikalishvili made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Filipp Sulaberidze in the 12th minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in FC GAGRA's zone, Imeda Sulaberidze stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Lukhum Jandieri came out of the goal and Imeda Sulaberidze tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Emiriev Burduli in the 18th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Lukhum Jandieri saved FC GAGRA from getting behind. Anatoly Kikalishvili took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Filipp Sulaberidze, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Emiriev Burduli could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 21st minute of the match, but Lukhum Jandieri made a huge save. Anatoly Kikalishvili showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Filipp Sulaberidze, who was totally free with the ball in the 23rd minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 25th minute, Gocha Gadaevi managed to get in a good position for a shot. FC GAGRA's supporters rose to their feet, but Gocha Gadaevi was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Anatoly Kikalishvili breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Emiriev Burduli fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 36th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Lukhum Jandieri having to interfere. If Pavel Milakiev had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 39th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 42 played minutes FC GAGRA got a freekick which was hit by Bichiko Anghelache. Emiriev Burduli's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Lukhum Jandieri read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 43rd minute of play. Emiriev Burduli's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 45thth minute, Lukhum Jandieri skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

52 minutes into the match, FC GAGRA's goal looked a bit too open when Emiriev Burduli came free, but Lukhum Jandieri reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 56 minutes, Okhoropir Andrzheevskiy mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the RUSTAVI f.c. and the FC GAGRA players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 56th minute, Okhoropir Andrzheevskiy hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 61st minute of the match RUSTAVI f.c. got a corner. FC GAGRA's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Okhoropir Andrzheevskiy ran over to the corner to take the kick. After taking down the ball on RUSTAVI f.c.'s corner Okhoropir Andrzheevskiy fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Lukhum Jandieri quite easily take care of the ball. In the 64th minute, Emiriev Burduli got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. If Filipp Sulaberidze had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 67th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Lukhum Jandieri showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ignatiy Bitsadze, who was totally free with the ball in the 70th minute. Valeri Goloviznin struck a weak shot in the 74th minute. Lukhum Jandieri didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for RUSTAVI f.c.. After a rather tough play, RUSTAVI f.c.'s Valeri Goloviznin got a free kick in the 76th minute. Lukhum Jandieri didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Emiriev Burduli went, in the 80th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-1 was the resulting score. Lukhum Jandieri showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Valeri Goloviznin in the 85th minute of the match. Emiriev Burduli sent away a hard shot on goal in the 87th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. RUSTAVI f.c.'s Anatoly Kikalishvili played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Filipp Sulaberidze in the 91st minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Filipp Sulaberidze in the 93rd minute of play forced RUSTAVI f.c.'s goalkeeper Anatoly Kikalishvili to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When RUSTAVI f.c.'s Emiriev Burduli in the 96th minute got a chance for a shot 96th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie.
