In the 7thth minute of the game Djvebe Zabelin who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Workington's Mindia Tsitsishvili was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Paata Arveladze during the 9th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Paata Arveladze kicked well hit freekick during the 9th minute of the match. Avtandil Levidze made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Illarion Nad in the 15th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Illarion Nad in the 17th minute of play forced szzszs's goalkeeper Avtandil Levidze to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Tsotne Chebaevskiy kicked well hit freekick during the 20th minute of the match. Djvebe Zabelin might have been able to make a better finish in the 22nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Mindia Tsitsishvili. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Djvebe Zabelin ran back to his position shaking his head. szzszs's Avtandil Levidze played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Illarion Nad in the 25th minute of play. With a little luck, szzszs's Avtandil Levidze got control of the ball when Jondo Goloviznin tried to sneak it across the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Djvebe Zabelin in the 32nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Mindia Tsitsishvili prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 38th minute, Jondo Goloviznin left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Workington fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-0. Illarion Nad fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 42nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Avtandil Levidze having to interfere. Jondo Goloviznin succeeded in the game's 47th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 3-0.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Djvebe Zabelin to strike the kick off in the second half. Djvebe Zabelin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 58th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mindia Tsitsishvili having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 59th minute, Djvebe Zabelin managed to get in a good position for a shot. szzszs's supporters rose to their feet, but Djvebe Zabelin was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Mindia Tsitsishvili breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 60th minute, Torgva Magalov hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. With his leg Mindia Tsitsishvili managed to avoid a goal in the 63rdth minute, when szzszs's Djvebe Zabelin fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Avtandil Levidze made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Filipp Lekov in the 65th minute of play. In the 67th minute, Illarion Nad left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. Avtandil Levidze showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Illarion Nad, who was totally free with the ball in the 84th minute. After some careless play in the szzszs defense, Illarion Nad kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Avtandil Levidze. The szzszs fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Avtandil Levidze should have stopped the shot. When the referee ended the match the Workington players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
