Gia Londaridze took the ball and in the 12 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Dida van Beek. Dida van Beek dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. Simon Jerold recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 16th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Gia Londaridze received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 18th minute. Dida van Beek tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Simon Jerold's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Gia Milakiev read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 22nd minute of play. Surbiton's Dida van Beek played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gia Londaridze in the 30th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gia Londaridze in the 31st minute of play forced Surbiton's goalkeeper Dida van Beek to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Thamesmead's Gia Londaridze got a good chance for a goal in the 44th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Simon Jerold scored 2-1 in the 47th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Gia Milakiev, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-1.

Gia Londaridze charged in rather forcefully in the 54th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Gia Londaridze the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Gia Londaridze kicked well hit freekick during the 54th minute of the match. Simon Jerold sent away a hard shot on goal in the 55th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Bukhuti Zabelin hit a great freekick 57 minutes into the match. A collision led to Thamesmead getting a freekick after 58 minutes play. Gia Londaridze hit a great ball. 60 minutes into the game, Djoto Dzotsenidze was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Surbiton's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Thamesmead the free kick. In the 64th minute, Simon Jerold got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Simon Jerold scored 3-1 in the 77th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Gia Milakiev, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Simon Jerold fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 80th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gia Milakiev having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Simon Jerold in the 83rd minute of play forced Thamesmead's goalkeeper Gia Milakiev to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 83 played minutes Thamesmead got a freekick which was hit by Valeri Gadaevi. Gia Milakiev showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Simon Jerold, who was totally free with the ball in the 86th minute. 94 minutes into the match, Thamesmead's Gia Londaridze sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Dida van Beek narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 95th match minute, Thamesmead was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bebur Lekov to maneuver through the defense. Surbiton's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
