Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Färman Zakirov started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. 2 minutes into the game, Emin Bağirov was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Ordubad Dinamo's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave QARABAĞ FK the free kick. A collision led to Ordubad Dinamo getting a freekick after 2 minutes play. Emin Bağirov hit a great ball. Färhad Äkbärov stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Färman Zakirov's shot from short distance in the 5th minute. Färhad Äkbärov made a fantastic save in the 8th minute, when Näcäfqulu Şärifov sent off a good shot on target. In the 12th minute, Färman Zakirov hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 0-1 became the score in the 14th minute when Elman Abdulrähmanov elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. Rähman Ibişov showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Elman Abdulrähmanov, who was totally free with the ball in the 21st minute. Färman Zakirov fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 25th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Färhad Äkbärov having to interfere. Elman Abdulrähmanov sent away a hard shot on goal in the 29th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Qänbär Mahmudov got his second yellow card in the match during the 30th minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. After 31 played minutes QARABAĞ FK got a freekick which was hit by Qänbär Mahmudov. After a defensive mix-up in QARABAĞ FK's zone, Elmir Xudadbalıyev stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Rähman Ibişov came out of the goal and Elmir Xudadbalıyev tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If Näcäfqulu Şärifov had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 39th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 43rd minute Elmir Xudadbalıyev shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rähman Ibişov saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Säbuhi Baloğlanov's late challenge caught a Ordubad Dinamo's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Säbuhi Baloğlanov helped the player get up and apologised. Rähman Ibişov made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Elman Abdulrähmanov in the 46th minute of play. The supporters of Ordubad Dinamo booed when QARABAĞ FK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 46 match minutes in a wonderful position. Säbuhi Baloğlanov didn't get a good kick on the ball. Rähman Ibişov showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mürsäl Aslanov in the 47th minute of the match.

Rähman Ibişov made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mürsäl Aslanov in the 52nd minute of play. Mürsäl Aslanov received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 59th minute. Rähman Ibişov tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Mürsäl Aslanov came up free with the goalie in the 68th minute, the Ordubad Dinamo fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Mürsäl Aslanov couldn't finish the play. Säbuhi Baloğlanov kicked well hit freekick during the 69th minute of the match. After 78 minutes of play, QARABAĞ FK's Näcäfqulu Şärifov made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Färhad Äkbärov was left in no man's land by his defense there! QARABAĞ FK's Rähman Ibişov played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mürsäl Aslanov in the 83rd minute of play. 87 minutes into the match, Qalib Adigözälov notched a goal, 2-1, to the right of Ordubad Dinamo's Färhad Äkbärov. Färhad Äkbärov was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Mürsäl Aslanov received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 95th minute. Rähman Ibişov tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ordubad Dinamo's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
