Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Äfran Äläkbärov started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. Ikram Färruxov scored 0-1 in the 5th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Cabbar Mayilov, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After having played for 8 minutes, Äfran Äläkbärov managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Naxçıvan's supporters crossed their fingers, but Äfran Äläkbärov was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Cabbar Mayilov stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Ikram Färruxov's shot from short distance in the 10th minute. The audience was convinced that Talib Camalov's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Mövsüm Albändayev was relentless in the 12th minute of the game. Hacı Paşayev blasted a shot towards the goal in the 15th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Mövsüm Albändayev having to make a save. The audience thought a goal was coming when Hacı Paşayev got free with Mövsüm Albändayev in the 23rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Mövsüm Albändayev was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Talib Camalov showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-1 in the 34 minute of play. Ikram Färruxov recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 38th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Şirvan SFC's Hacad Eyyubov got a good chance for a goal in the 43rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Hacı Paşayev took the ball and in the 44 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Mövsüm Albändayev. Mövsüm Albändayev dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-1. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-1.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Talib Camalov to strike the kick off in the second half. Mövsüm Albändayev made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Hacı Paşayev in the 55th minute of play. Yusif Känanov's late challenge caught a Naxçıvan's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Yusif Känanov helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Şirvan SFC getting a freekick after 71 minutes play. Yusif Känanov hit a great ball. In the 75th minute, Talib Camalov made a precise shot to the right of Mövsüm Albändayev. Naxçıvan's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-2. When Äfran Äläkbärov came up free with the goalie in the 79th minute, the Naxçıvan fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Äfran Äläkbärov couldn't finish the play. After a defensive mix-up in Şirvan SFC's zone, Ikram Färruxov stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Cabbar Mayilov came out of the goal and Ikram Färruxov tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Toğrul Albändäyev kicked well hit freekick during the 84th minute of the match. 87 minutes into the match, Naxçıvan's Äfran Äläkbärov sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Cabbar Mayilov narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Äfran Äläkbärov sent away a hard shot on goal in the 91st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 96 minutes into the match, Şirvan SFC's goal looked a bit too open when Äfran Äläkbärov came free, but Cabbar Mayilov reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Şirvan SFC were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Naxçıvan for a fine match.
