They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Qäşäm Bändäliyev was the one to do the kick off. In the 56th minute, OXUD FK's Väkil Bäxtiyarov ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Babäk Abdulrähmanov. Babäk Abdulrähmanov didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for OXUD FK. OXUD FK's Väkil Bäxtiyarov got a good chance for a goal in the 92nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Pänah Kärimli recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 95th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Qäşäm Bändäliyev in the 99th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Umud Abdullayev prevented the ball from getting in the gole. When the match was over OXUD FK could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Bakili PFK throughout the match.
