Bakili PFK's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Ehtibar Sadixov was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. When Fuad Ağankäri came up free with the goalie in the 17th minute, the Göyçay MMC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Fuad Ağankäri couldn't finish the play. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. Göyçay MMC's Soltanmäcid Quliyev suffered a sore thigh after 30 minutes and couldn't finish the game.
