Bermudo Casero showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sasan Zare in the 19th minute of the match. After 20 minutes, Jordan Edgson mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Petros UTD and the Sheerness City players grew even worse after the yellow card. Sepehr Karobi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 53rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sasan Talebi having to interfere. The referee gave Petros UTD a penalty, 62 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by 白俊瑜, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Sheerness City's Sasan Talebi. 2-1. After a defensive mix-up in Sheerness City's zone, Sepehr Karobi stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Sasan Talebi came out of the goal and Sepehr Karobi tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Sepehr Karobi in the 70th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Sasan Talebi prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Sepehr Karobi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 77th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sasan Talebi having to interfere. 82 minutes into the game, Petros UTD's Abou Ali Sadeghian nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Sasan Talebi made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-1. 88 minutes into the match, Sheerness City's goal looked a bit too open when Abou Ali Sadeghian came free, but Sasan Talebi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Kourosh Salehi was extremely unlucky when he, in the 89th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. There was no doubt that Petros UTD were the better team. Petros UTD's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
