Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) iran and uk's Javad Naghavian started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Homayoon Asadi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Zartosht Shahbazi in the 6th minute of play. Fariborz Zare kicked well hit freekick during the 8th minute of the match. After 9 played minutes Persepolis FC got a freekick which was hit by Bahram Sharifinasab. iran and uk's Homayoon Asadi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Kouros Badamaki in the 18th minute of play. Homayoon Asadi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kouros Badamaki in the 20th minute of play. Homayoon Asadi came out of the goal in the 22nd minute to try and stop a shot by Persepolis FC's Kouros Badamaki. But to his dismay, Kouros Badamaki quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. In the 30th match minute, iran and uk was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Koohyar Dinarvand to maneuver through the defense. Bahram Sharifinasab took the ball and in the 33 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Homayoon Asadi. Homayoon Asadi dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. Homayoon Asadi stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Bahram Sharifinasab's shot from short distance in the 36th minute. When the match had gone on for 37 minutes, Bahram Sharifinasab put it in 0-3 from a short distance just to the right of Homayoon Asadi. After 43 played minutes iran and uk got a freekick which was hit by Mehrang Paknejad. The audience cheered when Dadá de Medeiros's long shot passed Homayoon Asadi's right side. It was 0-4, 44 minutes into the match. After the first half Persepolis FC were leading 0-4. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The wind increased when Bahram Sharifinasab made the kick off in the second half. Koohyar Dinarvand sent away a hard shot on goal in the 51st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Kouros Badamaki's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Homayoon Asadi read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 53rd minute of play. Kouros Badamaki received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 57th minute. Homayoon Asadi tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Bahram Sharifinasab in the 64thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Homayoon Asadi, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. After some careless play in the Persepolis FC defense, Javad Naghavian kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Parham Talaei. The Persepolis FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Parham Talaei should have stopped the shot. In the 71st minute of the match Anoush Farhadian shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Parham Talaei showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. In the 73rd minute of the match Farhad Nourizadeh shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Parham Talaei showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Homayoon Asadi made a fantastic save in the 76th minute, when Eusébio Brodel sent off a good shot on target. In the 79th match minute, iran and uk was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ahmad Reza Ghoreishi to maneuver through the defense. 87 minutes into the match, iran and uk's goalkeeper Homayoon Asadi had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Kouros Badamaki. 89 minutes into the match, Koohyar Dinarvand notched a goal, 2-4, to the right of Persepolis FC's Parham Talaei. Parham Talaei was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Through an outstanding action, after 92 minutes, Homayoon Asadi successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. 94 minutes into the match, Persepolis FC's goal looked a bit too open when Koohyar Dinarvand came free, but Parham Talaei reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Kouros Badamaki received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 96th minute. Homayoon Asadi tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Persepolis FC's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
