Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Mohammad Reza Daei got the match started through his kick off. When Javeed Ahmadzadeh came up free with the goalie in the 3rd minute, the Heybridge Basin FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Javeed Ahmadzadeh couldn't finish the play. Javeed Ahmadzadeh might have been able to make a better finish in the 5th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Kayvan Shakouri. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Javeed Ahmadzadeh ran back to his position shaking his head. When Kamran Nekounam came up free with the goalie in the 8th minute, the Heybridge Basin FC fans jumped to their feet. Kasra Jalaeepour took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 12th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Kayvan Shakouri. Elsdon AFC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Homayoon samsami kicked well hit freekick during the 12th minute of the match. Kayvan Shakouri showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Javeed Ahmadzadeh, who was totally free with the ball in the 14th minute. Elsdon AFC's Kayvan Shakouri played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Javeed Ahmadzadeh in the 16th minute of play. Kamran Nekounam fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 18th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Kayvan Shakouri having to interfere. Homayoon samsami charged in rather forcefully in the 21st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Homayoon samsami the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Homayoon samsami kicked well hit freekick during the 21st minute of the match. If Javeed Ahmadzadeh had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 26th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ramtin Khakpour took the ball and in the 32 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Kayvan Shakouri. Kayvan Shakouri dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. In the 38th minute, Homayoon samsami got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Kamran Nekounam stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Kayvan Shakouri showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Kamran Nekounam in the 55th minute of the match. In the 57th minute Kamran Nekounam shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Kayvan Shakouri saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 60thth minute of the game Kamran Nekounam who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Elsdon AFC's Kayvan Shakouri was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. If Anoushiravan Bagheri had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 62nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Anoushiravan Bagheri received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 64th minute. Peyman Taslimi tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Javeed Ahmadzadeh had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 70th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 75 played minutes Heybridge Basin FC got a freekick which was hit by Arshia Artoonian. Elsdon AFC were furious when Homayoon samsami was red carded, 78 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. In a very dangerous position, a player in Elsdon AFC fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 78th minute. Penalty! Elsdon AFC:s Kayvan Shakouri showed great skill when he stopped Borna Shahbazi:s penalty. Elsdon AFC's Mohammad Reza Daei got a good chance for a goal in the 83rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Anoushiravan Bagheri fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 85th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Peyman Taslimi having to interfere. In the 86th minute Mohammad Reza Daei shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Peyman Taslimi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The audience was convinced that Kamran Nekounam's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Kayvan Shakouri was relentless in the 89th minute of the game. The Elsdon AFC supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Heybridge Basin FC's performance. The match ended with a win for Heybridge Basin FC.
