Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Ifk göteborg's Salar Homayoun started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. When Kianoosh Akbari came up free with the goalie in the 7th minute, the Aldridge United fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Kianoosh Akbari couldn't finish the play. If Farid Nikbakht-Vahedi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 9th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 10th minute, Hafez Fatemi hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 13 minutes into the match, Aldridge United's goal looked a bit too open when Amir Bahonar came free, but Yashar Alizadeh reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Thanks to some nice moves Farid Nikbakht-Vahedi could shoot a difficult shot in the 17th minute, which Shahrooz Heidari however easily saved by the left post. Amir Bahonar's late challenge caught a Aldridge United's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Amir Bahonar helped the player get up and apologised. In the 19th match minute, Ifk göteborg was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Amir Bahonar to maneuver through the defense. Hami Shakibaei charged in rather forcefully in the 22nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Hami Shakibaei the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Ifk göteborg getting a freekick after 23 minutes play. Hami Shakibaei hit a great ball. Faraz Nekounam fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 28th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Shahrooz Heidari having to interfere. If Farid Nikbakht-Vahedi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 33rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 36th minute, Faraz Nekounam fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Shahrooz Heidari, passed just outside the right post. Shahrooz Heidari stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Faraz Nekounam's shot from short distance in the 40th minute. Farid Nikbakht-Vahedi received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 46th minute. Shahrooz Heidari tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Faraz Nekounam to make the kick off. After 51 played minutes Aldridge United got a freekick which was hit by Shahrooz Hamidi. Davood Sarlak hit a great freekick 54 minutes into the match. Shahrooz Heidari took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Faraz Nekounam, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Faraz Nekounam recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 67th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Shahrooz Heidari stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Farid Nikbakht-Vahedi's shot from short distance in the 69th minute. Faraz Nekounam fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 70th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Shahrooz Heidari having to interfere. After 74 minutes of play, Aldridge United's Faraz Nekounam made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Shahrooz Heidari was left in no man's land by his defense there! Farid Nikbakht-Vahedi struck a weak shot in the 79th minute. Shahrooz Heidari didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Aldridge United. Amir Bahonar blasted a shot towards the goal in the 84th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Yashar Alizadeh having to make a save. The attack was good, but when Faraz Nekounam in the 87th minute was about to shoot he didn't kick quite good enough and the ball went high over goal. Yashar Alizadeh came out of the goal in the 89th minute to try and stop a shot by Ifk göteborg's Amir Bahonar. But to his dismay, Amir Bahonar quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. Hooman Asslibasab kicked well hit freekick during the 96th minute of the match. Aldridge United were unable to convert their possession into goals, allowing Ifk göteborg to leave the ground with a draw.
