After 7 played minutes Weymouth got a freekick which was hit by Taher Gohari. Weymouth's Yashar Shahabnia played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Farid Nikbakht-Vahedi in the 8th minute of play. In the 9th minute Faraz Nekounam shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Yashar Shahabnia saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Faraz Nekounam received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 11th minute. Yashar Shahabnia tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Morteza Tabari sent away a hard shot on goal in the 13th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Faraz Nekounam had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 16th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Aldridge United's Faraz Nekounam got a good chance for a goal in the 18th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 19th minute, Farid Nikbakht-Vahedi hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Morteza Tabari could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 22nd minute of the match, but Yashar Alizadeh made a huge save. Yashar Shahabnia showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Faraz Nekounam, who was totally free with the ball in the 25th minute. Yashar Shahabnia took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Faraz Nekounam, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 35 minutes into the match, Weymouth's Morteza Tabari sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Yashar Alizadeh narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 38th minute, Farid Nikbakht-Vahedi got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Farid Nikbakht-Vahedi's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Yashar Shahabnia read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 42nd minute of play. Yashar Alizadeh was out of position in the 47 minute of play, and Hafez Parsivand capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Hafez Parsivand really showed his touch with that goal: 2-0. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Hafez Parsivand stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Yashar Shahabnia made a fantastic save in the 54th minute, when Farid Nikbakht-Vahedi sent off a good shot on target. In the 55th minute, Taher Gohari hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Farid Nikbakht-Vahedis short, quick shot in the 59thth minute got Yashar Shahabnia to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. In the 60th minute, Ardavan Heshmatzadeh hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Mehrak Tayebi during the 66th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 66 played minutes Weymouth got a freekick which was hit by Mehrak Tayebi. Kayvan Rostampour blasted a shot towards the goal in the 67th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Yashar Shahabnia having to make a save. Faraz Nekounam fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 70th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Yashar Shahabnia having to interfere. After 74 minutes of play, Aldridge United's Farid Nikbakht-Vahedi made it 2-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Yashar Shahabnia was left in no man's land by his defense there! If Faraz Nekounam had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 80th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 83rd minute, Taher Gohari hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. It seemed to be an obvious goal in the 86th minute, but Yashar Shahabnia got his fingers on the ball or the save, leaving Weymouth hanging dry this time. Hafez Fatemi kicked well hit freekick during the 90th minute of the match. With a little luck, Weymouth's Yashar Shahabnia got control of the ball when Farid Nikbakht-Vahedi tried to sneak it across the goal line. Both teams had looked equal from kick-off, and no-one was surprised when the match finally ended in a draw.
