Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Arman Karimi kicked off to start the match. In the 8th minute of the match Bozorgmehr Abedzadeh sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Shervin Shams skillfully saved the ball. Fariborz Hosseini might have been able to make a better finish in the 15th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Shervin Shams. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Fariborz Hosseini ran back to his position shaking his head. Hami Taghavian hit a great freekick 16 minutes into the match. Fariborz Hosseini fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 17th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Shervin Shams having to interfere. Shervin Shams took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Arman Karimi, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Shervin Shams showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Arman Karimi, who was totally free with the ball in the 23rd minute. The supporters of Haydock United booed when Waterfoot FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 29 match minutes in a wonderful position. Hami Taghavian didn't get a good kick on the ball. Arman Karimi recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 30th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Waterfoot FC's Hami Taghavian got his second yellow card of the match in the 31st minute. The referee ordered Hami Taghavian off the ground. After a rather tough play, Waterfoot FC's Hami Taghavian got a free kick in the 32nd minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Arman Karimi in the 35th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Shervin Shams saved Waterfoot FC from getting behind. After a rather tough play, Haydock United's Fereydoon Nosrati got a free kick in the 42nd minute. Bamdad Artoonian fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 45th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Siavash Ghayeghran having to interfere. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Behrang Homayoun to make the kick off. In the 52nd minute, Shaheen Kianian got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Arman Karimi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 55th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 67th minute, Behrang Homayoun got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Shaheen Kianian's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Siavash Ghayeghran read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 69th minute of play. Waterfoot FC's Behrang Homayoun got a good chance for a goal in the 70th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 73 minutes into the match, Waterfoot FC's Shaheen Kianian sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Siavash Ghayeghran narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Behrang Homayoun recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 77th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 79th minute, Behrang Homayoun got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Behrang Homayoun received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 81st minute.
