An unexpectedly hard shot by Hamid Lankarani in the 38th minute of play forced Mujahedini's goalkeeper Shaheen Zahedi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Hamid Lankarani had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 39th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Abou Ali Bengar made a kick off. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Parsa Hasanzadeh in the 53rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Dara Taslimi saved Bury St Edmunds from getting behind. During the 58th minute of the match Parsa Hasanzadeh completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Parsa Hasanzadeh a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. Shaheen Zahedi acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 60th minute, took the ball on the long shot from Danush Farzanian. In the 62ndth minute of the game Shayan Bahonar who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Bury St Edmunds's Dara Taslimi was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 64th minute, Shayan Bahonar managed to get in a good position for a shot. Mujahedini's supporters rose to their feet, but Shayan Bahonar was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Mujahedini's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
