Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Rostam Sharifinia took the kick off in the first half of the match. Touraj Farzanian recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 4th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Rostam Sharifinia fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 6th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tirdad Kashi having to interfere. Massoud Majidi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 11th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Rostam Sharifinia received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 19th minute. Tirdad Kashi tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Bulphan City's Navid Talaei got a good chance for a goal in the 23rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Kambiz Rahnavard kicked well hit freekick during the 24th minute of the match. 31 minutes into the match, Touraj Farzanian notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Bulphan City's Tirdad Kashi. Tirdad Kashi was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 40th minute, Rostam Sharifinia made a precise shot to the right of Tirdad Kashi. Bulphan City's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-2. After 44 played minutes Bulphan City got a freekick which was hit by Sohrab Shahidi. Tirdad Kashi took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Touraj Farzanian, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Massoud Majidi to strike the kick off in the second half. Tirdad Kashi made an important save on a dangerous shot by Touraj Farzanian in the 55th minute. Rostam Sharifinia sent away a hard shot on goal in the 98th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When the match was over Exeter could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Bulphan City throughout the match.
