Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Rostam Sharifinia started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. 5 minutes into the game, Rostam Sharifinia cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Arash Majidi was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. With a little luck, Exeter's Mansoor Babakan got control of the ball when Sepehr Alinejad tried to sneak it across the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Levenshulme's zone, Touraj Farzanian stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Arash Majidi came out of the goal and Touraj Farzanian tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Touraj Farzanian in the 12th minute of play forced Levenshulme's goalkeeper Arash Majidi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Rostam Sharifinia took the ball and in the 15 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Arash Majidi. Arash Majidi dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. Arash Majidi took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Touraj Farzanian, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 23rd minute Sattar Derakhshan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mansoor Babakan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Sepehr Alinejad received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 27th minute. Mansoor Babakan tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Sattar Derakhshan struck a weak shot in the 38th minute. Mansoor Babakan didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Levenshulme. Asghar Asgharzadeh hit a great freekick 39 minutes into the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Sattar Derakhshan in the 40th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Mansoor Babakan saved Exeter from getting behind. If Touraj Farzanian had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 46th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 48th minute Rostam Sharifinia shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Arash Majidi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Disappointed in the 1-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Sattar Derakhshan made a kick off. After some fancy dribbling in the 53rd minute, Rostam Sharifinia managed to get in a good position for a shot. Exeter's supporters rose to their feet, but Rostam Sharifinia was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Arash Majidi breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Sattar Derakhshan received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 61st minute. Mansoor Babakan tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 67 played minutes Rostam Sharifinia rounded Levenshulme's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 1-3. Touraj Farzanian's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 72ndth minute, Arash Majidi skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Rostam Sharifinia sent away a hard shot on goal in the 74th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. A collision led to Exeter getting a freekick after 76 minutes play. Kambiz Rahnavard hit a great ball. Exeter's Mansoor Babakan played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sepehr Alinejad in the 92nd minute of play. In the 93rd minute, Levenshulme's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Touraj Farzanian fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Levenshulme's Arash Majidi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rostam Sharifinia in the 96th minute of play. The Exeter players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
