Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Sadra Ghayeghran made the kick off which started today's match. The supporters of Culcheth booed when Cove was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 13 match minutes in a wonderful position. Yashar Tabatabaei didn't get a good kick on the ball. Sadra Ghayeghran received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 17th minute. Ebi Bengar tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Sadra Ghayeghran struck a weak shot in the 19th minute. Ebi Bengar didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Cove. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sadra Ghayeghran in the 22nd minute of play forced Culcheth's goalkeeper Ebi Bengar to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Esfandiar Fatemi came out of the goal in the 25th minute to try and stop a shot by Culcheth's Farhad Jalali. But to his dismay, Farhad Jalali quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Kianoosh Hejazi recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 31st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Farhad Jalali sent away a hard shot on goal in the 33rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Kianoosh Hejazi came up free with the goalie in the 36th minute, the Culcheth fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Kianoosh Hejazi couldn't finish the play. In the 38th minute, Kianoosh Hejazi got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Kianoosh Hejazi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 42nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Cove's Esfandiar Fatemi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Farhad Jalali in the 44th minute of play. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Farhad Jalali was the one to do the kick off. Esfandiar Fatemi made a fantastic save in the 53rd minute, when Kianoosh Hejazi sent off a good shot on target. Kianoosh Hejazi's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 54thth minute, Esfandiar Fatemi skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. After 56 minutes of play, Cove's Daryoush Shams made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Ebi Bengar was left in no man's land by his defense there! Daryoush Shams sent away a hard shot on goal in the 63rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Esfandiar Fatemi was a little too slow when Behrouz Haghi got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 68th minute. The score was now 1-2. After having played for 71 minutes, Sadra Ghayeghran managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Cove's supporters crossed their fingers, but Sadra Ghayeghran was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Culcheth's Farhad Jalali was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 75th play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. Kianoosh Hejazis short, quick shot in the 84thth minute got Esfandiar Fatemi to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Esfandiar Fatemi stood somewhat misplaced when Kianoosh Hejazi came free in front of goal and shot 1-4 to the left of him in the 85 minute. Farhad Jalali struck a weak shot in the 93rd minute. Esfandiar Fatemi didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Culcheth. Culcheth's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
