After a defensive mix-up in Ulverston AFC's zone, Ahmad Mofti stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Aref Kaebi came out of the goal and Ahmad Mofti tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Danush Sanei sent away a hard shot on goal in the 10th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Danush Sanei fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 13th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gholam Naghdabadi having to interfere. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Navid Babakan during the 14th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Danush Sanei struck a weak shot in the 15th minute. Gholam Naghdabadi didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Ulverston AFC. A hard shot 17 in the game by Iman Tamadon from a close distance when the talented Aref Kaebi managed to make a qualified save. Ulverston AFC's players were relieved. 19 minutes into the game, Amir Parsa Ahmadzadeh was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Ulverston AFC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Heybridge Basin FC the free kick. The supporters of Heybridge Basin FC booed when Ulverston AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 19 match minutes in a wonderful position. Amir Parsa Ahmadzadeh didn't get a good kick on the ball. Ahmad Mofti was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 19th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. After 20 played minutes Ulverston AFC got a freekick which was hit by Morteza Ghoreishi. In the 22nd minute, Heybridge Basin FC's Iman Tamadon dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-0. Aref Kaebi showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Iman Tamadon, who was totally free with the ball in the 27th minute. Heybridge Basin FC's Gholam Naghdabadi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sahand Delnavaz in the 31st minute of play. Bameen Razzaghi charged in rather forcefully in the 45th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Bameen Razzaghi the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Ulverston AFC's Bameen Razzaghi got a free kick in the 45th minute. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.
The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Iman Tamadon stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Danush Sanei sent away a hard shot on goal in the 50th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. 53 minutes into the game, Arsalnn Habibi was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Ulverston AFC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Heybridge Basin FC the free kick. A collision led to Ulverston AFC getting a freekick after 56 minutes play. Amir Parsa Ahmadzadeh hit a great ball. Hadi Emad recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 57th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The audience was convinced that Iman Tamadon's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Aref Kaebi was relentless in the 59th minute of the game. Sahand Delnavaz could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 63rd minute of the match, but Gholam Naghdabadi made a huge save. 65 minutes into the match, Heybridge Basin FC's goal looked a bit too open when Danush Sanei came free, but Gholam Naghdabadi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Sahand Delnavazs short, quick shot in the 66thth minute got Gholam Naghdabadi to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. In the 67th minute, Danush Sanei hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Danush Sanei blasted a shot towards the goal in the 70th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Gholam Naghdabadi having to make a save. In the 71st match minute, Heybridge Basin FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Sadra Hasanlou to maneuver through the defense. The audience thought a goal was coming when Sahand Delnavaz got free with Gholam Naghdabadi in the 72nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Hadi Emad sent away a hard shot on goal in the 75th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 80th minute, Sahand Delnavaz got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 81st minute, Sadra Hasanlou hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The Ulverston AFC fans' excitement grew in the 82nd match minute when Ulverston AFC's Danush Sanei looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. 90 minutes into the match, Sahand Delnavaz notched a goal, 1-2, to the right of Heybridge Basin FC's Gholam Naghdabadi. Gholam Naghdabadi was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. With a little luck, Heybridge Basin FC's Gholam Naghdabadi got control of the ball when Sahand Delnavaz tried to sneak it across the goal line. Gholam Naghdabadi made an important save on a dangerous shot by Yousef Azimi in the 95th minute. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Ulverston AFC eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
