Danush Sanei's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Rashid Kaebi read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 4th minute of play. 5 minutes into the match, South Shields's goal looked a bit too open when Danush Sanei came free, but Rashid Kaebi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 7 minutes into the game, Ulverston AFC's Sahand Delnavaz nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Rashid Kaebi made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-0. Danush Sanei fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 11th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rashid Kaebi having to interfere. In the 12th minute Sahand Delnavaz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rashid Kaebi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ulverston AFC's Amir Parsa Ahmadzadeh got a good chance for a goal in the 18th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Ulverston AFC's Sahand Delnavaz came free and shot a quick shot against goal 23 minutes in the game, fortunately Rashid Kaebi had problems saving as it came toward the left post. Ulverston AFC's Aref Kaebi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Salar Azizi in the 25th minute of play. 29 minutes into the game, Sahand Delnavaz lined in a short shot 3-0 behind a frustrated Rashid Kaebi. A collision led to South Shields getting a freekick after 32 minutes play. Ashkan Firoozabadi hit a great ball. When Sohrab Ahmadzadeh fell near the penalty area in the 33rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored South Shields's protests and gave Sohrab Ahmadzadeh a yellow card for diving instead. Sohrab Ahmadzadeh hit a great freekick 33 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Salar Azizi in the 35th minute of play forced Ulverston AFC's goalkeeper Aref Kaebi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Aref Kaebi showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Salar Azizi, who was totally free with the ball in the 39th minute. South Shields's Rashid Kaebi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sahand Delnavaz in the 40th minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Ulverston AFC's zone, Salar Azizi stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Aref Kaebi came out of the goal and Salar Azizi tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 45th minute Danush Sanei shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rashid Kaebi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The audience was convinced that Salar Azizi's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Aref Kaebi was relentless in the 47th minute of the game. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 3-0 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Salar Azizi was the one to do the kick off. After some fancy dribbling in the 52nd minute, Sahand Delnavaz managed to get in a good position for a shot. Ulverston AFC's supporters rose to their feet, but Sahand Delnavaz was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Rashid Kaebi breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 54 minutes into the game, Bameen Razzaghi was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Ulverston AFC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave South Shields the free kick. After a rather tough play, Ulverston AFC's Amir Parsa Ahmadzadeh got a free kick in the 56th minute. A collision led to South Shields getting a freekick after 59 minutes play. Touraj Rezazadeh hit a great ball. Rashid Kaebi stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Danush Sanei's shot from short distance in the 62nd minute. Danush Sanei fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 68th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rashid Kaebi having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Ulverston AFC's Arsalnn Habibi got a free kick in the 70th minute. Salar Azizi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 72nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Rashid Kaebi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Danush Sanei in the 74th minute of play. Aref Kaebi stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Salar Azizi's shot from short distance in the 83rd minute. Touraj Rezazadeh received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 86th minute. Aref Kaebi tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Rashid Kaebi took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Danush Sanei, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Touraj Rezazadeh fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 89th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Aref Kaebi having to interfere. Sahand Delnavaz struck a weak shot in the 92nd minute. Rashid Kaebi didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Ulverston AFC. Salar Azizi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 95th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.
