Spectators: 0 (Terracing: 0, Seating: 0, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Soheil Fazeli took the kick off in the first half of the match. Parham Izadpanah's late challenge caught a Gorton's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Parham Izadpanah helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Luton getting a freekick after 5 minutes play. Parham Izadpanah hit a great ball. After a rather tough play, Luton's Parham Izadpanah got a free kick in the 9th minute. Omid Ghomi made a fantastic save in the 16th minute, when Karim Faryadshiran sent off a good shot on target. Omid Ghomi stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Soheil Fazeli's shot from short distance in the 20th minute. Azad Hajrezaei received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 21st minute. Zakaria Enayati tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Zakaria Enayati made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Azad Hajrezaei in the 27th minute of play. The supporters of Luton booed when Gorton was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 31 match minutes in a wonderful position. Hadi Omidvar didn't get a good kick on the ball. Zakaria Enayati showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Azad Hajrezaei, who was totally free with the ball in the 31st minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 34th minute, Fardad Rohani managed to get in a good position for a shot. Luton's supporters rose to their feet, but Fardad Rohani was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Zakaria Enayati breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Fardad Rohani fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 36th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Zakaria Enayati having to interfere. Khosrow Shahroudi hit a great freekick 37 minutes into the match. In the 42nd minute, Fardad Rohani got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Fardad Rohani recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 44th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

Luton's Fardad Rohani came free and shot a quick shot against goal 86 minutes in the game, fortunately Zakaria Enayati had problems saving as it came toward the left post. The audience thought a goal was coming when Fardad Rohani got free with Zakaria Enayati in the 94th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 96th minute Hadi Omidvar shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Omid Ghomi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Despite being the better team, Luton failed to find the winning goal and were forced to settle for a single point.
