Mahyar Tavakoli was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Borzoo Mahdavikia's late challenge caught a Streatham AFC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Borzoo Mahdavikia helped the player get up and apologised. Bournemouth FC's Borzoo Mahdavikia got his second yellow card of the match in the 43rd minute. The referee ordered Borzoo Mahdavikia off the ground. The supporters of Streatham AFC booed when Bournemouth FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 44 match minutes in a wonderful position. Borzoo Mahdavikia didn't get a good kick on the ball. Mahyar Tavakoli acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 45th minute, took the ball on the long shot from Amin Tayebi. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Peyman Zandi to make the kick off. After some careless play in the Bournemouth FC defense, Kourosh Lahouti kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Mahyar Tavakoli. The Bournemouth FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Mahyar Tavakoli should have stopped the shot. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Peyman Zandi in the 87th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Arshia Tehrani prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 89 minutes into the game, Streatham AFC's Kourosh Lahouti nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Mahyar Tavakoli made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-1. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Streatham AFC fans cheered their team off the field, for while Bournemouth FC had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
