Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Mehdi Mahdavikia kicked off to start the match. A collision led to Streatham AFC getting a freekick after 3 minutes play. Parham Modiri hit a great ball. Bahram Taghavi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 7th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Faraz Marfavi having to interfere. If Kourosh Lahouti had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 8th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Faraz Marfavi took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Kourosh Lahouti, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Arshia Tehrani was out of position in the 27 minute of play, and Anoushiravan Zahraei capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Anoushiravan Zahraei really showed his touch with that goal: 1-1. When Anoushiravan Zahraei fell near the penalty area in the 30th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Lytham's protests and gave Anoushiravan Zahraei a yellow card for diving instead. In the 30th match minute, Lytham was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Anoushiravan Zahraei to maneuver through the defense. Anoushiravan Zahraei sent away a hard shot on goal in the 35th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Arshia Tehrani made an important save on a dangerous shot by Sasan Razzaghi in the 38th minute. Vafa Babakan's late challenge caught a Lytham's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Vafa Babakan helped the player get up and apologised. Vafa Babakan kicked well hit freekick during the 38th minute of the match. Faraz Marfavi showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Kourosh Lahouti in the 41st minute of the match. In the 43rd minute, Bahram Taghavi got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Kourosh Lahouti took the ball and in the 45 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Faraz Marfavi. Faraz Marfavi dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-2. After the first half Streatham AFC were leading 1-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

After some fancy dribbling in the 63rd minute, Kourosh Lahouti managed to get in a good position for a shot. Streatham AFC's supporters rose to their feet, but Kourosh Lahouti was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Faraz Marfavi breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Bahram Taghavi could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 65th minute of the match, but Faraz Marfavi made a huge save. The corner ended in Amin Tayebi almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Lytham's Faraz Marfavi did a great save. Sasan Razzaghi hit a great freekick 67 minutes into the match. 68 minutes into the match, Streatham AFC's Kourosh Lahouti sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Faraz Marfavi narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Bahram Taghavi received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 72nd minute. Faraz Marfavi tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Kourosh Lahouti fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 76th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Faraz Marfavi having to interfere. Mehdi Mahdavikia's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Arshia Tehrani read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 79th minute of play. Parham Modiri's late challenge caught a Lytham's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Faraz Marfavi didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Bahram Taghavi went, in the 95th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-5 was the resulting score. The Lytham fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Streatham AFC were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
