Bamdad Mousavi recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 26th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 28th minute, Majid Aghazadeh got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Khashayar Khakpour took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Majid Aghazadeh, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Khashayar Khakpour showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Majid Aghazadeh in the 36th minute of the match. 37 minutes into the match, Jarrow's Bamdad Mousavi sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Khashayar Khakpour narrowly saved just below the crossbar. With a little luck, Jarrow's Kambiz Rahmati got control of the ball when Younes Kianian tried to sneak it across the goal line. Kambiz Rahmati made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Adel Samereh in the 43rd minute of play. In the 44th minute, Hemel Hempstead City's Adel Samereh dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-1. Adel Samereh kicked well hit freekick during the 47th minute of the match.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Majid Aghazadeh was the one to do the kick off. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Younes Kianian in the 87th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Kambiz Rahmati saved Jarrow from getting behind. Kambiz Rahmati came out of the goal in the 88th minute to try and stop a shot by Hemel Hempstead City's Adel Samereh. But to his dismay, Adel Samereh quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-1. After having played for 93 minutes, Younes Kianian managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Hemel Hempstead City's supporters crossed their fingers, but Younes Kianian was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Hemel Hempstead City's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
