Thurnscoe
Spectators: 7328 (Terracing: 6328, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Akbar Shakouri kicked off to start the match. In the 3rd minute, Thurnscoe's Kamran Rahnama seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Kamran Rahnama the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Thurnscoe protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Kamran Rahnama had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. In a very dangerous position, a player in Thurnscoe fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 3rd minute. Penalty! In the 6th minute there was a penalty for Glossop. Armin Akbarpour stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Hooshyar Sadeqi. 0-1. Hooshyar Sadeqi showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Afshin Moradian in the 11th minute of the match. 12 minutes into the match, Thurnscoe's goal looked a bit too open when Kouros Peirovani came free, but Hooshyar Sadeqi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Serjik Mousavian made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Arshia Asslibasab in the 17th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Farzin Vaezi in the 24th minute of play forced Thurnscoe's goalkeeper Hooshyar Sadeqi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, Thurnscoe's Akbar Shakouri got a free kick in the 25th minute. Akbar Shakouri shot the penalty kick by force right in the crossbar. No goal. In the 39th minute, Farzin Vaezi left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Glossop fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. The Thurnscoe players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Glossop were winning 0-2.

In the 51st minute Ferdows Khalatbari shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Hooshyar Sadeqi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Shahyar Sharifinia fell near the penalty area in the 52nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Thurnscoe's protests and gave Shahyar Sharifinia a yellow card for diving instead. After 52 played minutes Thurnscoe got a freekick which was hit by Shahyar Sharifinia. Hooshyar Sadeqi showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ferdows Khalatbari in the 54th minute of the match. Hooshyar Sadeqi showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ferdows Khalatbari, who was totally free with the ball in the 56th minute. Farzin Vaezi recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 58th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ferdows Khalatbari in the 63rd minute of play forced Thurnscoe's goalkeeper Hooshyar Sadeqi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Thurnscoe's Hooshyar Sadeqi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Farzin Vaezi in the 65th minute of play. Hooshyar Sadeqi made a fantastic save in the 69th minute, when Afshin Moradian sent off a good shot on target. After 71 minutes of play, Glossop's Afshin Moradian made it 0-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Hooshyar Sadeqi was left in no man's land by his defense there! 75 minutes into the match, Thurnscoe's goal looked a bit too open when Farzin Vaezi came free, but Hooshyar Sadeqi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 83rd minute of the match, Kouros Peirovani got a very nice opportunity to score, but Hooshyar Sadeqi was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. 85 minutes into the game, Ferdows Khalatbari recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Hooshyar Sadeqi. Ferdows Khalatbari showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-4. 89 minutes into the match, Kouros Peirovani had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Hooshyar Sadeqi. Thurnscoe's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Kouros Peirovani was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-5. Thurnscoe's Hooshyar Sadeqi proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 92nd minute of the match, managed to save Thurnscoe from getting a goal against them. When the match had gone on for 94 minutes, Farzin Vaezi took a quick shot and it went in 0-6 without a chance for Hooshyar Sadeqi to make any attempt to save it. Glossop's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
