Mohammad Reza Karobi came out of the goal and Taher Eshkevari tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Taher Eshkevari to make the kick off. sabaie qom's Shahrdad Taleblou got a good chance for a goal in the 58th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. If Shahrdad Taleblou had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 62nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Siamak Fazel kicked well hit freekick during the 67th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, sabaie qom's Taher Eshkevari got a free kick in the 69th minute. 79 minutes had been played when some careless play by Petros United's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Sina Golzar was slow to take the kick. During this time sabaie qom's players had a chance to rest. The corner led sabaie qom's Sina Golzar to fire away a dangerous shot which Mohammad Reza Karobi despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. When the match had gone on for 84 minutes, Taher Eshkevari took a quick shot and it went in 0-3 without a chance for Mohammad Reza Karobi to make any attempt to save it. 89 minutes into the match, Petros United's goal looked a bit too open when Taher Eshkevari came free, but Mohammad Reza Karobi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 93rd minute, Daryoush Zahraei got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 95th minute the ball was on its way in behind sabaie qom's goalkeeper Danush Kazemian, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. During the 96th minute of the match sam Abadian completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave sam Abadian a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. The supporters of sabaie qom booed when Petros United was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 97 match minutes in a wonderful position. sam Abadian didn't get a good kick on the ball. Mohammad Reza Karobi was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 98th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Sina Golzar.
