The Tufnell Park fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Ashkan Rahnama should have stopped the shot. In the 8th match minute, Tufnell Park was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Shahrdad Hajrezaei to maneuver through the defense. Ashkan Rahnama made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Shahrdad Taleblou in the 11th minute of play. After having played for 24 minutes, Shahrdad Taleblou managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. sabaie qom's supporters crossed their fingers, but Shahrdad Taleblou was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Shahrdad Taleblou received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 25th minute. Ashkan Rahnama tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Shahrdad Taleblou recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 29th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 33rd minute, Behrang Forouzan fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. Behrang Forouzan fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 37th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Danush Kazemian having to interfere. Danush Kazemian made an important save on a dangerous shot by Mani Parsivand in the 39th minute. In the 42nd minute of the match, Behrang Forouzan tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Danush Kazemian saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. 44 minutes into the game, Bamshad Farahmand was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Tufnell Park's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave sabaie qom the free kick. After a rather tough play, Tufnell Park's Bamshad Farahmand got a free kick in the 44th minute. Tufnell Park's Ashkan Rahnama played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Taher Eshkevari in the 47th minute of play. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Taher Eshkevari to strike the kick off in the second half. Iraj Moharrami's late challenge caught a sabaie qom's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Iraj Moharrami helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Tufnell Park getting a freekick after 51 minutes play. Iraj Moharrami hit a great ball. Ashkan Rahnama showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Taher Eshkevari in the 56th minute of the match. Taher Eshkevari struck a weak shot in the 62nd minute. Ashkan Rahnama didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for sabaie qom. Taher Eshkevari was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 65th minute. sabaie qom's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. Taher Eshkevari fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 73rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ashkan Rahnama having to interfere. In the 77th minute, Parsa Artoonian hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Ashkan Rahnama made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Taher Eshkevari in the 80th minute of play. Rahim Aghili received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 85th minute. Ashkan Rahnama tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ashkan Rahnama made a fantastic save in the 87th minute, when Shahrdad Taleblou sent off a good shot on target. After having played for 89 minutes, Mani Parsivand managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Tufnell Park's supporters crossed their fingers, but Mani Parsivand was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The Tufnell Park supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching sabaie qom's performance. The match ended with a win for sabaie qom.
