Crowthorne City's defense didn't have a chance, in the 12th minute, when Sohail Fawad scored to the left of an out of position Delawar Najam, making the score, 1-0. When Sohail Fawad came up free with the goalie in the 18th minute, the Shaheen fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Sohail Fawad couldn't finish the play. Sohail Fawad sent away a hard shot on goal in the 19th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After some careless play in the Shaheen defense, Naveed Arslan kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Suleman Musharraf. The Shaheen fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Suleman Musharraf should have stopped the shot. Suleman Musharraf showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Amjad Anees in the 29th minute of the match. Naveed Arslan scored 1-2 in the 37th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Suleman Musharraf, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 46th minute, Sohail Fawad got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Crowthorne City's Delawar Najam played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sohail Fawad in the 47th minute of play. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The wind increased when Sohail Fawad made the kick off in the second half. If Sohail Fawad had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 53rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Naveed Arslan received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 58th minute. Suleman Musharraf tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Naveed Arslan recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 61st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Suleman Musharraf showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Amjad Anees, who was totally free with the ball in the 62nd minute. In the 65th minute, Amjad Anees made a precise shot to the right of Suleman Musharraf. Shaheen's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-3. Amjad Anees might have been able to make a better finish in the 72nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Suleman Musharraf. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Amjad Anees ran back to his position shaking his head. Naveed Arslan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 76th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 85th match minute, Crowthorne City was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Adam Saeed to maneuver through the defense. In the 88thth minute of the game Amjad Anees who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Shaheen's Suleman Musharraf was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After a rather tough play, Shaheen's Aslam Hannan got a free kick in the 92nd minute. Naveed Arslan fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 96th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Suleman Musharraf having to interfere. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Crowthorne City had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
