Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Junaid Zaheer made the kick off which started today's match. Khurram Zubair struck a weak shot in the 6th minute. Saad Zahid didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Cheadle. Saad Zahid was a little too slow when Khurram Zubair got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 13th minute. The score was now 1-0. Khurram Zubair could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 19th minute of the match, but Saad Zahid made a huge save. The supporters of Cheadle booed when Cottered was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 20 match minutes in a wonderful position. Adnan Shafi didn't get a good kick on the ball. Khurram Zubair received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 21st minute. Saad Zahid tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Cottered's Sufyan Akram got a free kick in the 22nd minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Mudassar Azhar in the 27th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Razi Ahsan prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 29th minute, Mudassar Azhar got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. If Mudassar Azhar had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 34th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. If Khurram Zubair had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 35th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 37thth minute of the game Junaid Zaheer who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Cheadle's Razi Ahsan was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. With a little luck, Cottered's Saad Zahid got control of the ball when Khurram Zubair tried to sneak it across the goal line. Junaid Zaheer received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 45th minute. Razi Ahsan tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After having played for 47 minutes, Junaid Zaheer managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Cottered's supporters crossed their fingers, but Junaid Zaheer was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

After a rather tough play, Cottered's Junaid Zaheer got a free kick in the 53rd minute. If Junaid Zaheer had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 58th minute. Saad Zahid showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Khurram Zubair, who was totally free with the ball in the 79th minute. Cheadle's Razi Ahsan played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Junaid Zaheer in the 90th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Cottered's Naeem Qadri got a free kick in the 92nd minute. Khurram Zubair sent away a hard shot on goal in the 94th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Adnan Shafi fell near the penalty area in the 95th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Cottered's protests and gave Adnan Shafi a yellow card for diving instead. Saad Zahid came out of the goal in the 96th minute to try and stop a shot by Cheadle's Azmat Kiyani. But to his dismay, Azmat Kiyani quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-0. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Cheadle had won after a very even match.
