Saqlain Nouman in the 3rdth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Taha Khawaja, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Delawar Sabih's late challenge caught a SSC Caltanissetta's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Delawar Sabih helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of SSC Caltanissetta booed when Navy FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 4 match minutes in a wonderful position. Delawar Sabih didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Navy FC's zone, Niaz Dost stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Taha Khawaja came out of the goal and Niaz Dost tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If Saqlain Nouman had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 6th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 11th minute of the match, Mustafa Danish got a very nice opportunity to score, but Taha Khawaja was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Khurram Lodhi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 12th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Saqlain Nouman's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Taha Khawaja read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 18th minute of play. Parvaiz Qadri charged in rather forcefully in the 18th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Parvaiz Qadri the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 18th minute, Parvaiz Qadri hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. SSC Caltanissetta's Saqlain Nouman got a good chance for a goal in the 19th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. If Saqlain Nouman had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 24th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Saqlain Nouman received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 27th minute. Taha Khawaja tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The crowd rose to their feet as Niaz Dost kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Taha Khawaja. That made the score 1-0 in the 31 minute of play. A collision led to SSC Caltanissetta getting a freekick after 33 minutes play. Anees Shayan hit a great ball. In the 36thth minute of the game Zakir Munir who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Navy FC's Taha Khawaja was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Niaz Dost fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 43rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Taha Khawaja having to interfere. If Niaz Dost had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 45th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Niaz Dost came up free with the goalie in the 49th minute, the SSC Caltanissetta fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Niaz Dost couldn't finish the play. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

The wind increased when Khurram Lodhi made the kick off in the second half. Saqlain Nouman took the ball and in the 53 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Taha Khawaja. Taha Khawaja dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-0. A collision led to SSC Caltanissetta getting a freekick after 59 minutes play. Razi Basharat hit a great ball. Umair Iqbal took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Khurram Lodhi, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a defensive mix-up in Navy FC's zone, Saqlain Nouman stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Taha Khawaja came out of the goal and Saqlain Nouman tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When Zakir Munir fell near the penalty area in the 65th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored SSC Caltanissetta's protests and gave Zakir Munir a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to SSC Caltanissetta getting a freekick after 65 minutes play. Zakir Munir hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Saqlain Salman in the 66th minute of play forced SSC Caltanissetta's goalkeeper Umair Iqbal to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 70th minute, Niaz Dost ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Taha Khawaja was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-0. Saqlain Nouman fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 75th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Taha Khawaja having to interfere. In the 77th minute of the match, Khurram Lodhi tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Umair Iqbal saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Babar Qadri's shot from long distance in the 79th minute was not bad at all, but SSC Caltanissetta's Umair Iqbal knew what was happening and pushed the ball into his arms just before it hit the right post. SSC Caltanissetta's Niaz Dost got a good chance for a goal in the 83rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Niaz Dost in the 85th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Taha Khawaja saved Navy FC from getting behind. In the 95th minute, Delawar Sabih hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Niaz Dost fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 98th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Taha Khawaja having to interfere. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. SSC Caltanissetta had played much better football throughout.
