Richard Gettins showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Khurram Lodhi in the 4th minute of the match. If Eddie Hutchins had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 11th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Richard Gettins didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Saqlain Salman went, in the 15th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-0 was the resulting score. The supporters of Blewbury FC booed when Navy FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 19 match minutes in a wonderful position. Noor Lodhi didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Eddie Hutchins had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 24th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Eddie Hutchins during the 31st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. An unexpectedly hard shot by Eddie Hutchins in the 35th minute of play forced Navy FC's goalkeeper Taha Khawaja to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When the match had gone on for 37 minutes, Jo Phippard put it in 1-1 from a short distance just to the right of Taha Khawaja. After having played for 42 minutes, Eddie Hutchins managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Blewbury FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Eddie Hutchins was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Eddie Hutchins sent away a hard shot on goal in the 44th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Eddie Hutchins stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Navy FC's Taha Khawaja played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Verne Rusby in the 53rd minute of play. Delawar Sabih charged in rather forcefully in the 53rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Delawar Sabih the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 53 played minutes Navy FC got a freekick which was hit by Delawar Sabih. In the 56th minute, Fred Dearden hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Richard Gettins showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Khurram Lodhi, who was totally free with the ball in the 61st minute. If Eddie Hutchins had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 64th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Taha Khawaja took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sidney North, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 68th match minute, Blewbury FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Sidney North to maneuver through the defense. Hamid Awan fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 72nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Richard Gettins having to interfere. Richard Gettins came out of the goal in the 75th minute to try and stop a shot by Navy FC's Saqlain Salman. But to his dismay, Saqlain Salman quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-1. Babar Qadri hit a great freekick 81 minutes into the match. Saqlain Salman kicked well hit freekick during the 89th minute of the match. When Blewbury FC's Eddie Hutchins in the 90th minute got a chance for a shot 90th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Navy FC's goalie prevented a goal. With his leg Taha Khawaja managed to avoid a goal in the 92ndth minute, when Blewbury FC's Jo Phippard fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. If Jo Phippard had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 94th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Navy FC's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
