Seating: 1953, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Martin Sykes kicked off to start the match. In the 4th minute the ball was on its way in behind Bingley City's goalkeeper Liam Furlong, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. If Abdullah Haswani had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 6th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 11 minutes into the match, Abdullah Haswani had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Liam Furlong. Bingley City's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Abdullah Haswani was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. Abdullah Haswani recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 17th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Martin Sykes received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 20th minute. Hamid Munir tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Exmouth's Hamid Munir played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Walter Croyden in the 22nd minute of play. Liam Furlong showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Abdullah Haswani, who was totally free with the ball in the 30th minute. Hamid Munir didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Martin Sykes went, in the 34th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-1 was the resulting score. With an all-out effort, Bingley City's Hamid Munir threw himself towards the right post 38 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Martin Sykes, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. 40 minutes into the match, Exmouth's goalkeeper Hamid Munir had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Norman Foreman. The supporters of Bingley City booed when Exmouth was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 43 match minutes in a wonderful position. Zafar Akbar didn't get a good kick on the ball. Through an outstanding action, after 45 minutes, Hamid Munir successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.
Martin Sykes's late challenge caught a Exmouth's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Martin Sykes helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Exmouth booed when Bingley City was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 53 match minutes in a wonderful position. Bingley City's Liam Furlong played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hamid Saeed in the 56th minute of play. 59 minutes into the match, Norman Foreman notched a goal, 2-1, to the right of Exmouth's Hamid Munir. Hamid Munir was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it.
