The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. When the match had gone on for 13 minutes, Rahman Azhar took a quick shot and it went in 2-0 without a chance for Malik Farasat to make any attempt to save it. Moazzam Asif fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 20th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Malik Farasat having to interfere. Moazzam Asif's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Malik Farasat read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 25th minute of play. 27 minutes into the match, Jasim Basharat notched a goal, 2-1, to the right of Bhutto Tharparkar ZB's Masroor Jahangir. Masroor Jahangir was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. A collision led to Bhutto Tharparkar ZB getting a freekick after 29 minutes play. Masroor Jahangir showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Delawar Usman in the 40th minute of the match. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The wind increased when Zakir ul-Haq made the kick off in the second half. Fareed Shaheed fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 51st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Masroor Jahangir having to interfere. With a little luck, Bhutto Tharparkar ZB's Masroor Jahangir got control of the ball when Fareed Shaheed tried to sneak it across the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rahman Azhar in the 65th minute of play forced Micklefield FC's goalkeeper Malik Farasat to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 67 minutes into the match, Zakir ul-Haq had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Malik Farasat. Micklefield FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Zakir ul-Haq was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 4-2. Fareed Shaheed scored 4-3 in the 75th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Masroor Jahangir, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
