Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Fahim Khalid kicked off to start the match. 8 minutes into the match, Ashton-under-Lyne's goal looked a bit too open when Razi Waqas came free, but Zain Meman reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Razi Waqas struck a weak shot in the 10th minute. Zain Meman didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Southwark. If Razi Qalander had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 12th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Razi Waqas received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 19th minute. Zain Meman tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Razi Waqas fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 21st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Zain Meman having to interfere. Zain Meman was a little too slow when Arshad Fazil got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 23rd minute. The score was now 1-0. After a rather tough play, Southwark's Niaz Iqbal got a free kick in the 27th minute. A collision led to Southwark getting a freekick after 29 minutes play. Razi Waqas hit a great ball. When the match had gone on for 39 minutes, Fahim Khalid put it in 2-0 from a short distance just to the right of Zain Meman. Razi Waqass short, quick shot in the 46thth minute got Zain Meman to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. After 47 played minutes Ashton-under-Lyne got a freekick which was hit by Mubashar Ghiaz. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Razi Qalander was the one to do the kick off. In the 53rd match minute, Ashton-under-Lyne was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Delawar Fawad to maneuver through the defense. If Fahim Khalid had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 57th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 58 played minutes Ashton-under-Lyne got a freekick which was hit by Mubashar Jaffery. Razi Waqas sent away a hard shot on goal in the 59th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Southwark's Fahim Khalid got a good chance for a goal in the 62nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 65 minutes into the match, Fahim Khalid had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Zain Meman. Ashton-under-Lyne's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Fahim Khalid was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-0. Zain Meman showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Fahim Khalid, who was totally free with the ball in the 70th minute. Southwark's Fahim Khalid got a good chance for a goal in the 74th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 80th minute Fahim Khalid shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Zain Meman saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Razi Waqas in the 91st minute of play forced Ashton-under-Lyne's goalkeeper Zain Meman to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 91st minute, Razi Waqas left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Southwark fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 4-0.
